Rhealian Anchor
Very Rare, Requires Attunement
A simple disc of mithril, inlaid with a single blue-white gem. As an action, a character attuned to a Wayfinder bracer may place the Anchor on a flat, stable surface, causing it to grow into a circular pedestal keyed to that user. That user may access all services of the Architome remotely from it, and may use it to construct buildings, facilities, and workshops. Once a workshop is built, it may be used to turn Rhealium into magic items.
In order to construct an item of a given rarity, an anchor must include a Rhealite workshop upgraded enough to be able to construct a given rarity of magic items. The workshop itself counts as a specialized facility, and may only craft items of its rarity or lower.
It is up to the DM which items the Anchor includes blueprints for constructing. Generally, magic weapons and armor of metal construction are all available, though certain special abilities, such as intelligence or the ability to cast spells, may be beyond the Anchor’s expertise to create. Anything more complex than simple arms and armaments may require expertise on the part of the user to design before constructing.
Rhealium items all require attunement.

Flash Recall Halo
Rare, Requires Attunement
This thin circlet of mithril with strange arcane patterns of gold filigree inlaid inside grants the wearer memories of skills and training recorded from the minds of talented volunteers and stored in the Planar Archetome. While using the skills it imparts, wearers often exhibit personality traits, quirks, and speech patterns of the volunteers who originally donated the memories.
While visiting the Archetome, a character may select a number of Feats equal to their Intelligence modifier (minimum 1). The character must meet any prerequisites for the selected feats, and may not select Ability Score Increase or Magic Initiate. These Feats remain stored in the circlet even if it becomes de-attuned.
At the end of a Short or Long Rest, an attuned wearer may select one of the Feats stored in the circlet, gaining the benefits of it until resting again and selecting a new Feat or the circlet is removed or unattuned, so long as they continue to meet the prerequisites.
Minor Property: as an Action, an attuned wearer can change the color and finish of the outside of the circlet.
